Project Role Description :     Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solutions cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to Identify and Raise Issues in Current Environment with respect to Upgrades /New Releases in coordination with other Teams

2. Daily backup failure analysis and Storage infrastructure health checkup

3. Review the capacity reports on regular basis for in-scope technology and proactively work on capacity related issue

4. Perform the data restores using storage level snapshots File system, VM level, and database Vendor co-ordination

Technical Experience :  

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer facing organizations within the IT industry specifically into Storage technologies

2. Knowledge in NetApp Storage FAS series, SAN series, Clustered ONTAP, AIQUM, On Command, System Manager, Storage DR planning, Performance management, ITIL, SAN switch Brocade/Cisco, Vendor management, storage allocation, troubleshooting

Professional Attributes :

1 Good Communication Skills with relevant leadership experience in Team Management

2 Ability to perform under Pressure

3 Good Analytical and Presentation Skills

Educational Qualification:     Degree in Computer Technology/IT Desirable: Certification in NetApp, Cisco, Brocade SAN,
