Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter with expertise in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will specialize in PAN India hiring, with a focus on bulk hiring and BPO recruitment. The recruiter will be proficient in utilizing various hiring platforms such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other relevant job portals to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Non-IT positions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Bulk Hiring: Manage large-scale recruitment drives for BPO and other roles, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening of resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a quick turnaround for open positions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and BPO recruitment.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
