Responsibilities :

Managing a RTB support team which handles Treasury applications

Working with Front office, Back office, Middle office teams to resolve the L2 or L3 issues with RCA.

Analyze and work on the L2 issues and provide RCA for the required issues

Provide Monthly, Weekly, reports to the client on the work done and progress

Skills requirement :

Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience with Treasury applications like Calypso, Swift, CCIL, Metagrid

Understanding on Trade life Cycle, Trade flow from upstream systems, system architectures, accounting

Good hands on practice on Linux commands and windows systems

Should be able to analyze logs of any systems and provide RCA or way forward

Should be good at communication and pro active at the communication with the client, vendor and business user

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
